As you can see from the images below, Mill Lane Cemetery was a large open field that had a tennis ground within it. It is Cheadle's newest cemetery which is well maintained. It is bordered by the M60 to the north, Alexandra Hospital to the south, Manchester Road to the east, and Lower Mill to the west.
